Key Responsibilities:
 Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients in accordance with treatment plans.
 Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
 Utilize evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
 Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members when needed to provide comprehensive care.
 Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational guidelines.
Qualifications:
 MasterÂs degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
 Active and unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in the state(s) of practice.
 Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred).
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently while adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
