A premier global immigration law firm is looking for an Immigration Paralegal with 7 years of high volume business immigration experience.
Job Description:
ā¢ Assist in all immigration matters with clients.
ā¢ Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.
ā¢ Communicate regularly with partners and associates regarding procedural and case processing issues, assisting with the review of cases.
ā¢ Analyze case documents and prepare various types of applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.
ā¢ Prepare non-immigrant visa petitions: B-1, B-2, E-2, E-3, H1-B, H-3, L-1, O, P, TN, J1.
ā¢ Prepare immigrant visa applications: PERM (EB-1 to EB-3), 1-140, I-130, Adjustment of Status.
ā¢ Prepare Naturalization petitions.
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree.
ā¢ 7 years of high volume business immigration experience.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and client processes.
ā¢ Experience drafting RFEs and PERM Audit responses, and drafting and filing large volumes of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including Outstanding Researcher and PERM.
ā¢ Excellent drafting skills.
ā¢ Strong ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of INSZoom.
ā¢ Knowledge of Clio.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
