Key Responsibilities:
 Customer Service:
 Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries.
 Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Travel Booking and Planning:
 Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
 Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget.
Administrative Support:
 Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling... meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members.
 Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
Data Entry and Management:
 Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases.
 Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity.
Assistant:
 Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed.
 Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks.
Qualifications:
 Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields.
 Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus.
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
 Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
