Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

American Airlines is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our valued passengers, ensuring a seamless travel experience from booking to disembarkation. As a key member of our remote workforce, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide... assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist passengers with booking, reservations, ticketing, and flight information.
• Resolve customer issues, including flight disruptions, baggage concerns, and itinerary changes, with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer feedback and improve service quality.
• Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
• Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer navigation and data entry.
• Adaptability and resilience in handling challenging situations.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

Working Hours:

This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customer needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
