Role Description
This position will require speaking with potential clients/caregivers to explain the Medicaid programs through which the client can obtain a home care caregiver.
ā¢ Candidate will be required to sign up clients that are eligible for services to be referred to care management.
ā¢ Continuous follow-up will be required until the client has been onboarded with us.
ā¢ Those with direct sales experience are preferred; those with healthcare sales experience are a major plus.
ā¢ Need to be able to interact with potential clients and accurately explain our offerings to clients.
ā¢ MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN SALES TO BE CONSIDERED!
ā¢ Knowledge of Medicaid home care programs is a plus.
ā¢ You will not be responsible for gathering referrals; they will be provided to you.
ā¢ Previous experience is a plus!
Qualifications
ā¢ Background in sales is required.
ā¢ Experience in healthcare sales is a major plus.
ā¢ Knowledge of Medicaid home care programs is a plus.
