As a Personal Assistant , the primary role will be to provide best-in-class executive support, which involves a wide variety of critical duties to ensure smooth and seamless business processes. Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas) To provide general administrative support and personal assistance to the CEO. To act as the initial point of contact for the CEO & the Executive Leaders, assessing priorities and coordinating the day-to-day requests as necessary. To manage the CEO’s diary and appointments, ensuring effective use of time and preparation of papers and information in advance. Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including sensitive or confidential ones. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response. To perform general administration tasks, including handling all official correspondence and making travel arrangements. To prepare and/or draft correspondence for the CEO, as required. To manage electronic and paper-based filing systems. Overseeing office management duties. To organize internal and external meetings, including booking venues, arranging accommodation, restaurant/food recommendations, and taking minutes as required. To ensure departmental deadlines are met for corporate activities. Assist with personal errands as required.
