Role Description
This Customer Facing Research Analyst position is a high impact, challenging role that requires a diverse set of skills. It provides unique opportunities for growth using an unprecedented amount of high-quality real-world Electronic Health Record (EHR) data.
β’ Use technical skills to scope out customer analyses requests, produce studies and results using SQL, R and Python within an agreed upon deadline.
β’ Collaborate with life sciences customers on analyses, helping them produce peer-reviewed publications.
β’ Communicate on the status of various projects and collaborate with success managers to ensure that Truveta clients can be successful with the platform.
β’ Provide technical analytics support and directly work with customers on calls to troubleshoot customer analysis.
β’ Work with customers to achieve their goals, teaching them how to wrangle and analyze data using SQL, R and Python on RWD to address their empirical questions.
β’ Write regex queries using Databricks SQL to extract clinical concepts from clinical notes per customer request.
β’ Create enablement materials as the Truveta platform evolves to help onboard new researchers to our increasing capabilities.
β’ Collaborate closely with other Truveta teams to conduct investigations of data sources to demonstrate veracity to current customers.
β’ Deliver feedback to internal teams based on customer requests to inform Truvetaβs product roadmap.
Qualifications
β’ Undergraduate or graduate level education in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics or related field.
β’ Experience working with large databases consisting of millions of patients' data.
β’ 3+ years of experience wrangling and analyzing Electronic Health Record data or other Real World Data sources in life science companies, CROs, other EHR data companies or healthcare using SQL, R and Python.
β’ Willingness to learn new coding languages including internal proprietary coding language to analyze data and build cohorts.
β’ 2+ years experience working with customers to deliver high quality research analyses.
β’ Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.
