Our client is currently absorbing a company that has faced financial challenges and is in need of an Auto Claims Insurance Adjuster to manage and streamline a large claims backlog. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced claims adjuster to lead the charge in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

As an Auto Claims Insurance Adjuster, you will manage a significant volume of claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing while adhering to industry standards. You will handle everything from monitoring inboxes and diaries to mediating claims and managing vendor relationships, all while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a caseload of 150 claims at any given time.
• Monitor and organize claims inboxes and diaries to ensure timely follow-up.
• Review and document bills and ensure accurate processing.
• Determine the reasonability of claims and authorize payments according to established procedures.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding claim statuses and mediation.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including insurance companies and Insurance Guaranty Associations.

Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, compliance laws, and claim procedures.
• 5+ years Auto Claims Insurance Adjuster Experience

Additional Details:
• Hours: 39 hours per week
• Remote/Hybrid/In-Office: In-office training followed by a hybrid schedule (2 days working from home)
