Role Description
The Compliance Analyst analyzes and monitors regulatory changes, implements compliance programs, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure organizational adherence to regulations. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
⢠Conduct thorough compliance reviews and assessments of company policies and procedures.
⢠Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
⢠Assist in compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
⢠Respond to compliance inquiries and provide guidance to internal teams.
⢠Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging compliance trends.
⢠Prepare reports and presentations on compliance performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
⢠High School diploma, or equivalent.
⢠Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products and experience in IT, code development, or task management.
⢠In-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologies.
⢠Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Intermediate proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
⢠Collaboration skills, applied successfully within team.
⢠Minimal critical thinking and a drive to improve the status quo.
⢠Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements.
⢠Ability to thrive with good organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills, to meet a deadline driven environment.
⢠Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.
Requirements
⢠Entry-Associate Level experience.
⢠Up to 10% travel requirements.
