Role Description
This is a great opportunity to work with a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to:
ā¢ Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to a two-hour driving distance).
ā¢ Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest in applying.
ā¢ Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
ā¢ Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
ā¢ Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
ā¢ Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity and tracking.
Qualifications
ā¢ Account management or outside/field sales experience is preferred
ā¢ Business development
ā¢ CRM experience required, Salesforce preferred
ā¢ 1+ years in sales and/or customer service experience
Requirements
ā¢ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
ā¢ Field sales experience is a plus
ā¢ Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is advantageous
ā¢ Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others
ā¢ High sense of urgency and attention to detail
ā¢ Problem-solving skills for applicants in the field
ā¢ Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology
ā¢ Ability to travel up to a 4-hour round trip distance daily

This is a Contract position based out of McPherson, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
Work Environment
This role involves being on the road 4-5 days a week, with the option to work from home for the remainder of the time.
