What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to homeowners who need quick, reliable solutions. We’ll train you
to:
● Work high-quality inbound PPC leads and create outbound opportunities
● Uncover seller motivation and structure win-win offers
● Pitch and negotiate high-stakes real estate deals
● Lock up contracts with urgency and confidence
● Collaborate with our elite dispositions team to get deals closed
No real estate license required. This is not a traditional agent role.
What We’re Looking For
● 3+ years of proven high-performance sales experience (phone-based preferred)
● Grit, urgency, emotional intelligence, and a relentless drive to win
● Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and do whatever it takes
● Must be competitive, coachable, and growth-oriented
Compensation & Schedule
● 100% Commission-Only Role
● 15% commission per deal closed
● Average commission per deal: $3,500–$7,500+
● Typical closers: 5–8 deals/month = $80K–$150K+ annually
● Remote, full-time role
