What We Do
At Florida Sell Now, we help homeowners sell in difficult situations — fast.
We work with:
• motivated sellers
• time-sensitive problems
• families navigating complex and emotionally charged situations
• sellers who’ve been stuck for months (or years)
These deals don’t close in one call. Your job is to figure it out and get the deal done.
This Role IS For You If:
• You are highly competitive and money-motivated
• You’ve succeeded in sales, athletics, or another performance-based environment
• You move fast, think on your feet, and take ownership
• You follow up relentlessly and don’t wait for deals to come to you
• You want to be paid based on results, not time

• Help sellers navigate complex decisions
• Negotiate win-win agreements that make sense for all parties

Your Role
• Work warm & hot, motivated seller leads
• Break down complex situations and find the real opportunity
• Build rapport quickly — and maintain it over multiple touchpoints
• Analyze deals (ARV, comps, rehab, creative structures)
• Negotiate and lock up contracts
• Stay on top of follow-up like your income depends on it (because it does)
