Our client is seeking a remote Helpdesk Specialist I to handle all password reset activities for after hours support... This is a 1 year contract (Full-time M-F 3PM-11PM).
Responsibilities:
? Answer calls/emails regarding password issues
? Verify users' credentials
? Collaborate routinely with customers on password issues
? Escalate unresolved issues to the apporpriate contact
? Provide excellent customer service directly to clients end-user
Qualifications
? Prior Helpdesk Support experience
? Excellent customer service experience
? Great troubleshooting experience and general IT experience
? Preferred experience with Kantime, UKG and or Azure
