Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Help Desk Technical Support - 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift.
Position type: Full-time - Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Newport News VA 23607 (Hybrid)
As a Help Desk Technical Support , you will:
ā¢ Resolve technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
ā¢ Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.
ā¢ May route calls to product line specialists.
ā¢ Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
ā¢ Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
Education:
ā¢ Associate's degree and 1 year of experience.
ā¢ A relevant professional certification can be substituted for an associate's degree.
Special Requirements:
ā¢ Department will determine shift after training.
ā¢ Experience supporting many applications including MS Office products, O365, VPN apps and many other business and engineering applications.
ā¢ Experience doing technical support over the telephone and/or in chat.
ā¢ Experience with troubleshooting Windows clients
ā¢ Experience working remotely
