HEDIS Data Analyst

Summary: Helps develop reports for Medicaid HEDIS operations in support for P4P incentives.
Job Responsibilities:
Ā Working with business analysts on requirements.
Ā Develop dashboards.
Ā Optimize queries for reporting.
Ā Potential light ETL (Extraction Transformation and Load).
Ā Ability to work independently and problem solve.
Required Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma/GED
Ā 3-5 years SQL experience,
Ā 3-5 years working with data visualization tools (such as Tableau).
Ā 1-2 years experience with PowerBI.
Ā Ability to work on multiple priorities at a time.
Ā Experience with Medicaid quality - preferred
Ā Experience with Medicare STARs - preferred
Ā Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud databases - preferred
