If so, we want to work with you!We are seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a commission-only role—perfect for recruiters who are confident in their abilities and motivated by performance-based compensation.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S.Work directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidatesUtilize your own sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talentManage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placementCollaborate virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needsRequirements:✅ Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment
✅ Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines
✅ Must have access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
✅ Ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific)
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
✅ Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role
