Attend and represent the employer at industry recruiting events
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, specifically in Travel Nurse and PRN recruitment
Excellent communication skills with a client/nurse-centered approach
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with efficient time management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Active presence on LinkedIn and Facebook with knowledge of effective marketing strategies
Experience in innovative sourcing methods for talent acquisition
Proven track record of managing a full desk in recruitment
Recognition or awards for outstanding performance in the recruitment field
