Title : Data Visualization Developer III Location : Louisville, KY (Onsite) Employment Type : Contract Compensation Pay Range:$67.05-$95.79 Per Hr Description Enable and execute development of clinical and quality-related outcomes measures. Perform data collection, analysis, and dissemination to support decision-making. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms. Lead requirements gathering with business partners and development teams. Serve as Technical Product Owner, delivering specifications for data visualizations. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of features within the Clinical Data Analytics Product Roadmap. Design systems and reporting solutions that meet business needs. Collaborate with Data Engineering for data discovery and dataset building. Analyze source systems and define data sources and transformation requirements. Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders, resolving conflicts as needed. Educate stakeholders on product and report navigation and usage. Participate in developing measurement methodologies and data collection standards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. 3-5 years of experience with relational databases and dimensional modeling. 5 years of business intelligence experience. 3 years of experience with data management systems. Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard design techniques. Product management experience. Agile methodology experience.
