Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our growth by attracting top-tier candidates. Your responsibilities include:
Crafting engaging job postings and advertisements across various platforms.
Coordinating and attending recruiting events such as job fairs to connect with potential candidates.
Managing the full hiring process, from sorting through applications to conducting interviews.
Coordinating interviews with individuals and panels.
Gathering valuable interview feedback and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the process.
Providing insightful recruitment reports to team managers and participating in weekly coaching and training sessions.
Collaborating with leadership to understand the company's needs and enhance the candidate lifecycle processes.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
To be 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States.
Preferred: 1 year of marketing, sales, or recruitment experience, and a working knowledge of databases.
Proven ability to design and implement recruiting strategies using proactive sourcing tactics.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and business decision-making skills.
Excellent time management with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to attend a required 3-day online company training and weekly online team coaching/skills meetings.
