Job Title: Healthcare Quality & Compliance Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support quality assurance activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and help maintain high standards of patient care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Support implementation and monitoring of quality standards (NABH / ISO / internal policies)
ā¢ Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
ā¢ Track quality indicators, incidents, and corrective actions
ā¢ Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to improve processes
ā¢ Maintain records, reports, and SOP documentation
ā¢ Support patient safety initiatives and quality improvement programs
ā¢ Assist in staff training and awareness on quality protocols
Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Nursing
ā¢ Knowledge of healthcare quality standards is an advantage
ā¢ Freshers with healthcare background can apply
Skills Required
ā¢ Strong attention to detail
ā¢ Good documentation and reporting skills
ā¢ Basic understanding of hospital workflows
ā¢ Communication and coordination skills
ā¢ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and reporting tools
Experience
ā¢ 0ā2 years in healthcare / hospital / quality-related roles
