Job Description: • Conduct short- and medium-term project management • Provide client advocacy and critical issue resolution • Support compliance collaboration, risk mitigation, process improvement, and other value-added service • Oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs), manage statements of work (SOWs), and support other operational and technical engagements • Coordinate and deliver regular reporting • Drive quantified value for our customers • Facilitate internal and external meetings • Understand UPS Healthcare offerings, products and services Requirements: • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with customer service, operational, technical, quality, financial and other functional teams • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to analyze data and translate insight into recommendations • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours • Paid time off Apply tot his job
