Job Title: Healthcare Data Entry Specialist
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 4:30 pm EST
Pay: Starting pay at $14.00 hourly
General Summary
The Healthcare Data Entry Specialist is responsible for inputting healthcare data into the required format, ensuring accuracy and completion in the process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
ā¢ Key outside data into the necessary operating system.
ā¢ Manage, organize and properly follow up on accounts requiring clarification to ensure timely capture
ā¢ Maintenance of incoming and outgoing mail
ā¢ System updates performed to notate returned mail
ā¢ Maintain quality and production goals set by leadership
ā¢ Maintain confidentiality of account information at all times
ā¢ Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program Maintain a neat and orderly workstation
ā¢ Assist with other projects as assigned by leadership
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent is required
ā¢ Proficient PC knowledge and the ability to type 50 wpm with at least 95% accuracy Excellent organization skills
ā¢ Attention to detail
ā¢ Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers
ā¢ Ability to present oneself in a courteous and professional manner at all times
ā¢ Reliability of task completion and follow-up
Working Conditions:
ā¢ Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
ā¢ For Remote Work from Home - must have a quiet, private area to perform work
