What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolve customer issues calmly and effectively while de-escalating conflicts
- Escalate complex interactions when necessary
- Assist with processing payments and responding to requests for assistance
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Proven oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a remote virtual team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
