Responsibilities:

Help clients choose a plan: Consider clients' financial situation, existing coverage, and long-term goals
Process applications: Enroll clients in their chosen plan
Calculate premiums: Use clients' medical information and other factors to calculate premiums
Handle claims: Help clients settle claims by communicating with the insurance company
Maintain client records: Keep track of clients' health insurance information
Stay up-to-date: Keep informed about changes in the health insurance industry and healthcare laws
Provide customer service: Respond to clients' questions and concerns
Renew policies: Handle policy renewals and analyze current policies for changes
