Health Coaching Program Manager - Wisdo (1099)
About the position
This is a remote position based in the United States, working as an Independent Contractor (1099) for Wisdo, a part of Talkspace. The role focuses on improving the health coaching program through continuous improvement, coach training and quality assurance, and member experience optimization. Responsibilities
ā¢ Deliver one monthly coaching optimization plan outlining prioritized actions to improve member experience and program performance.
ā¢ Conduct quarterly review and refresh of coaching curriculum, session content, and member journey touchpoints.
ā¢ Identify operational gaps and implement approved process improvements to enhance participation and experience.
ā¢ Onboard and train new coaches.
ā¢ Deliver one monthly coach training session focused on facilitation skills, behavior change strategies, and member engagement best practices.
ā¢ Conduct quarterly quality assurance reviews, calibration sessions, and coaching observations to support consistent service delivery.
ā¢ Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching support to health coaches as needed.
ā¢ Provide back-up health coaching coverage, as needed, during planned coach absences or unplanned staffing gaps.
ā¢ Conduct monthly review of onboarding, attendance, no show, and re-engagement trends using available operational data.
ā¢ Develop and maintain member retention playbooks for no-shows, disengagement, and continued coaching participation.
ā¢ Provide recommendations to improve coaching access, scheduling experience, and long-term engagement.
Requirements
ā¢ National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (required)
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
