Health Coach (NOT an RD, NP, or Licensed Provider) – Nationwide Clients
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced health or nutrition coach to support clients in a nationwide gut health coaching program. This is a coaching and education role, not a medical or clinical position. The program focuses on helping clients build sustainable habits, improve consistency with food and lifestyle choices, and understand how digestion, stress, and daily routines interact in a general, non-medical way.
Because this program serves clients across the U.S., we are intentionally seeking a non-licensed coach. This role is not suitable for Registered Dietitians, medical providers, or anyone practicing medical nutrition therapy.
You will meet with clients on regular 1:1 Zoom calls to help them implement pre-built gut health frameworks into their real lives.
During calls, you will help clients adapt the program to their schedule, food preferences, budget, cooking ability, travel, and consistency challenges. You’ll guide them through how to apply the framework day-to-day, identify obstacles that are getting in the way, and simplify the plan so it is realistic and sustainable. The goal of each call is clarity, follow-through, and accountability.
You should be a certified health coach or nutrition coach (IIN, Precision Nutrition, NASM, or similar), or have strong experience in behavior change, wellness coaching, or lifestyle support.
