Health Coach / Accountability Coach Needed
Title: Lifestyle & Habit Coach for Daily Accountability & Morning Routine (Short-Term, High-Touch) Description: I’m looking for a motivated, highly structured Lifestyle / Habit Coach to help me build and consistently execute a non-negotiable morning routine. This role is less about inspiration and more about systems, accountability, and execution. Primary Goal: Wake up on time daily and complete a defined morning routine without fail Build consistency through real-time monitoring and external accountability What I’m Looking For: Someone who is disciplined, proactive, and comfortable holding me accountable Strong understanding of habit formation, behavior change, and routine building Clear communicator who is reliable and punctual Comfortable with daily check-ins and progress tracking Responsibilities: Help refine and lock in a realistic morning routine Provide daily accountability (check-ins, confirmations, or monitoring—details to be agreed upon) Track adherence and patterns Weekly progress meetings (video or voice) to review wins, barriers, and adjustments Keep me focused, consistent, and honest Format & Commitment: Short-term engagement (initially 4–8 weeks, with potential to extend) Daily touchpoints + weekly structured progress review Time zone compatibility and reliability are important Ideal Candidate: Experience as a habit coach, performance coach, or accountability coach Comfortable working with high-performing, busy professionals Direct, supportive, and firm when needed Results-oriented rather than “motivational quotes” oriented To Apply: Please include: Your experience with habit coaching or accountability systems How you would structure daily accountability An example of how you’ve helped someone build a consistent routine Your availability must be 6-8am mountain daylight time Looking for someone who takes this role seriously and is excited to help drive real behavioral change.
