Key Responsibilities Vision and Strategy : Own, proselytize, and drive execution against product strategy and roadmap. Essential Qualifications Demonstrated History : Proven track record of successfully driving and growing high-performing product management teams. Strategic Thinking : Solid strategic thinking and ability to interpret high-level business objectives into significant product development plans. Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive agreement across cross-functional teams in an inclusive manner. Data-Driven Mindset : Information-driven mentality, capable of analyzing client insights and utilizing data to drive decision-making in the fintech and loyalty space. Agile Methodologies : Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools. Innovative Mindset : Innovative mindset, with an inclination for action and ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity, and high-speed conditions. Performance Under Pressure : Ability to perform well under pressure, handle multiple distinct projects and obligations simultaneously with ease. Global Experience : Experience working and collaborating on a global scale, with a strong partner management experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in Fintech : Experience working in the fintech industry.
