Head of Industry Strategy, HLS
Adobe is looking for a dynamic leader to drive the strategy, thought leadership, and positioning to grow its Health & Life sciences segment. The successful candidate will develop a vision and competitive positioning for the industry, drive a coordinated go-to-market strategy, and engage with senior executives as a thought leader.
Requirements
ā¢ Experience in Health & Life sciences, either client-side or as a trusted advisor, with specific focus in digital, marketing, omnichannel personalization, customer data & analytics, and creative production (10+ years).
ā¢ Experience leading successful programs for omnichannel transformation, along with an understanding of strategies, operational tactics, and technologies needed to execute at scale.
ā¢ Entrepreneurial approach to finding new growth levers for the business.
ā¢ Experience in the effective use and deployment of data for designing and managing products for measurement, collection, integration, segmentation, experience activation and monetization.
ā¢ Outstanding executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage senior level executives
ā¢ Highly collaborative with ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
ā¢ Exceptional written communication including interest in authoring thought-provoking points-of-view and conducting customer and market research.
ā¢ Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
ā¢ Willingness to travel up to 33%
