We are transforming the landscape of hardware manufacturing with our comprehensive ecosystem of supply chain tools, designed to streamline processes and enable new possibilities.The RoleWe are looking for a strategically and systems-minded Head of Finance to lead our financial planning, modeling, and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in building and optimizing financial systems and processes that support sustainable growth. They bring deep expertise in navigating the complexities of hybrid business models, seamlessly managing both recurring revenue streams and more intricate financial structures.What You’ll Do:Develop and oversee financial operations, strategy, forecasting, and scenario modeling to drive sound decision-making and achieve company objectives.Lead budgeting processes and establish robust planning frameworks to support operational and strategic goals.Design and implement improved Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency.Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity on business performance.Leverage experience in SaaS and non-SaaS models to optimize financial structures across a range of revenue streams.Serve as the primary liaison between external accountants, the part-time bookkeeper, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.Ensure financial processes comply with regulatory requirements and proactively manage financial risks.What We’re Looking For:Experience in strategic finance roles, preferably within both SaaS and non-SaaS businesses, including startups or high-growth companies.Hands-on experience managing financial operations for businesses with diverse revenue streams.Proficiency in financial modeling, planning, budgeting, and reporting with the ability to derive insights from data.Demonstrated success in designing and optimizing AP/AR systems and financial workflows.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
