Head of ERP
Location: Texas (Remote working) Industry: Food & Beverage ERP Platform: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Role Overview The Head of ERP will lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across the organization. This role owns the ERP strategy, ensures a successful D365 F&O rollout, and partners with business leaders to enable scalable, compliant operations in a food and beverage environment. Key Responsibilities • Own ERP strategy, roadmap, and governance • Lead end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementation • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations leaders • Manage system integrators and ERP vendors • Drive process standardization, change management, and user adoption • Ensure data integrity, integrations, and regulatory compliance (FDA/USDA) Qualifications • 10+ years ERP experience with senior leadership responsibility • Proven D365 Finance & Operations implementation experience • Food & Beverage, CPG, or Manufacturing background • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and manufacturing processes Apply tot his job
