We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Technician Trainee to join our team in Buffalo, NY. As a trainee, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:


Learn and perform basic automotive services, including tire mounting and balancing, oil changes, and preventative maintenance
Work closely with experienced technicians to develop your skills and knowledge
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
Perform manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting


Requirements:


Valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions
Commitment to learning new technologies and following established safety policies and procedures


Preferred Qualifications:


High School Diploma or GED
Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training
