Property Manager – Single-Family Homes (Florida Real Estate License Required)

Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Florida real estate professional to manage a portfolio of single-family rental properties on behalf of property owners. This is not a CAM or apartment management position. You’ll take full ownership of your portfolio—including client acquisition, leasing, maintenance coordination, inspections, and tenant management. Licensed CAMs need not apply. This is a commission-only opportunity with free warm leads, powerful software tools, and the flexibility to grow your own book of business. You’ll be trained and supported—but expected to operate independently with professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of single-family rental properties • Sign new property management clients (leads provided) • Advertise and market properties for rent • Handle tenant placement, lease execution, and renewals • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor management • Conduct routine inspections and report on property condition • Communicate regularly with owners, tenants, and vendors • Process rent payments, bills, and property-related expenses • Stay up to date on real estate laws and continuing education Qualifications: • Active Florida Real Estate License (required) • Experience in residential property management, leasing, or sales • Organized, self-motivated, and responsive to deadlines • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working remotely and independently • Tech-savvy (experience with property management software is a plus) • Willingness to learn—we will train the right person What We Offer: • Commission-based earnings with split based on experience.
