This role involves managing the end-to-end project lifecycle to optimize and re-implement UKG Pro WFM for a healthcare organization, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful onboarding of staff to the newly optimized system.ResponsibilitiesManaging the end to end project lifecycle to optimize and even re-implement UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) for a healthcare organization of ~17,000 total employeesLeading the process optimization, executive alignment, and tailored change management aspects for UKG DimensionsCollaborating with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT and Operations to identify pain points from theAct as the primary point of contact to oversee and lead the external UKG implementation consultants and technical teams, ensuring accountability and adherence to delivery timelinesProactively managing the project scope, tracking dependencies, mitigating risks, and clearing roadblocks related to configuration, data migration, and testingWorking closely with change management and training leads to ensure the clinical and administrative staff are successfully onboarded to the newly optimized systemSkillsMust have 8-10+ total years experience, with a minimum of 5 as an ERP Implementation Project ManagerSeeking subject matter expertise in UKG Dimensions / WFMMust have led at least one successful UKG implementation in the last 3 yearsHealthcare / Health System experience is highly preferredCandidates must be eligible to work for Medix directly on a W2 or 1099 basis, without the need for visa sponsorship now, or in the futureCompany OverviewDelivering technology solutions that scale with your vision for healthcare — and your organization.
