Your experiment backlog looks like this:
• Stand up cold calling infrastructure and test it as a channel
• Build callback flows — AI collects consent, Retell agent calls them back
• Turn anonymous website visitors into actionable leads
• Test gifting as a conversion lever
• Explore marketplace listings and partner directories
• Build a self-serve pilot program page — click, buy, start
• Run ads for free pilot programs and measure CAC
• Launch vertical-specific outbound and ABM plays
• etc etc
You're a fit if:
• You're a builder who gets bored maintaining — you want to test new things constantly
• You can code or script (Python, SQL, JavaScript) enough to build real tools, not just configure SaaS
• Good taste for which experiments are worth running and which are noise
• You move fast — idea to live test in days, not weeks
• You've worked at a startup where you figured things out, not followed a playbook
