This is a technical role for someone who thrives at the intersection of automation, growth, and operations. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline workflows, scale processes, and accelerate our go-to-market motion.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategy and implementation of AI-powered tools that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success workflowsBuild and maintain automated systems that summarize customer interactions, surface risks and opportunities, and drive follow-up actions throughout our various platformsDevelop and deploy AI-enabled workflows that enhance forecasting, pipeline management and generation, and rep coaching across the GTM organizationDesign and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that give real-time visibility into GTM performance, pipeline health, and key workflow metricsEnsure data integrity, system performance, and cross-platform integrations that power end-to-end GTM automationPartner closely with GTM and RevOps leaders to identify process gaps, translate needs into technical solutions, and drive adoption of new capabilitiesAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirements2+ years of experience in a technical or operational role - could be in RevOps, product, engineering, or any role where you built and owned internal systems or workflowsComfortable writing scripts (e.g. Python, JavaScript) and querying data with SQLExperience integrating tools via APIs, webhooks, or platforms like Zapier or RetoolCurious and scrappy builder who enjoys figuring things out, automating manual work, and owning projects end-to-endStrong analytical skills and a bias toward action and iterationEffective collaborator who can work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS - even without prior GTM experienceBonus: Familiarity with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, or OutreachWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
