You’ll partner closely with the Director of Growth to test new channels, develop a world-class creative testing program, and drive efficient user growth through rigorous experimentation.This is a rare opportunity to directly impact the bottom line. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data, creative, and growth, and brings experience in performance-driven environments like mobile apps, gaming, or consumer subscriptions.This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in North or South America. How You’ll Make an Impact:Own and optimize performance marketing channels for one of our apps, driving significant business impactHelp shape the channel and creative testing roadmap for a new product, optimizing for new user acquisition growth and ad spend efficiencyOwn daily/weekly performance deep dives, leading campaign optimization recommendationsDevelop creative briefs and rapidly deploy multiple creatives tests per weekDrive process improvements across creative operations, data analysis, and channel managementParticipate in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Product Marketing, Content, and Design to optimize the new user journeyWhat We’re Looking For:3-5 years of growth or performance marketing experienceProven track record of directly managing performance marketing campaigns on at least two Paid Social channelsExperience in developing, project managing, testing, and evaluating high-velocity creative testing on paid socialStrong analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance marketing direct-response KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and LTVAbility to navigate business intelligence tools like Looker, Amplitude, or TableauStrong attention to detail and project management skillsA true builder’s mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguityBonus Points:Background in running performance marketing campaigns for a subscription appExperience leveraging AI tools for creative productionPassion for education, mental fitness, and making learning delightfulBenefits & Perks:Competitive salary and equity across all geographiesMedical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your familyDistributed team flexibility, with a home-office stipend and co-working reimbursementAnnual learning, wellness, and travel stipendsGenerous PTO, flexible sick leave, and paid parental leaveAnnual company meetup in a fun locationCompensation: At Elevate Labs, we take a thoughtful and equitable approach to compensation with the goal of offering fair and sustainable salaries to all employees. We use a market-based, pay-for-performance compensation model that we update annually with high-quality industry compensation data.The full salary range for this role is $69,000-$108,000 USD, but a subset of the range will be used based on each candidate’s location. Final compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, and location.Finally, we believe that people should be paid equitably for their expected (and then actual) contributions rather than negotiation skills. To that end, we give all successful candidates our “first and best” offer, and have a no-negotiation policy.
