Tasks Your main goal is to increase connections between breeders/shelters and pet parents Scale buyers and increase app traffic through SEA, SEO, social media Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Instagram/TikTok Optimise our E2E funnel to increase revenues ( conversions, CTR, CAC, CLTV ) Automate and optimise AI companions to support you day-to-day Be close to customers and partners, supporting customer support and partner updates Based on what you know about the role , you are the best evaluator to decide if you believe this is a role you will be able to thrive in. Requirements Must-Haves Fluent in German (C2) & English AI proficient with tools related to marketing Like to have autonomy, ownership and responsibility from day 1 At least 2 years hands-on experience running and optimising campaigns (performance, content, or lifecycle), ideally in a startup or for your own projects.
