This key role will be responsible for tracking progress, ensuring alignment, and facilitating communication between our various teams, including product, legal, trading, finance, customer service, admin, risk, and operations.Key Responsibilities: Day 1 (Launch Phase):Establish a centralized project tracking system for all departmentsDevelop standardized project management methodologies and templatesSet up initial cross-functional meetings with department headsCreate a baseline group-level project pipelineIdentify and highlight external dependencies such as onboarding, integrations and licensingOn-going: Maintain and update the group-level project pipeline, incorporating initiatives from all departmentsFacilitate regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and address interdepartmental challengesProvide executive leadership with clear, concise updates on overall project statuses, risks, and achievementsIdentify and proactively address potential bottlenecks or conflicts between departmental prioritiesAssist department heads in resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize project deliveryImplement and maintain project management tools and processes to enhance visibility and collaborationDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project and organizational successMentor and guide project managers within individual departments to ensure consistency in approach and reportingRequirements8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years coordinating cross functional departmentsProven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in the financial technology or cryptocurrency sectorExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneouslySuperior communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience in implementing and managing project management tools and processes across an organizationAbility to quickly understand and navigate complex regulatory and technical landscapesPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certificationMBA or relevant advanced degree is a plusTools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Monday.com)Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for complex data analysis and PowerPoint for executive presentationsBenefitsWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryFlexible work schedule, remote work opportunityGenerous paid leaveOpportunity for professional development, participation to industry eventsFreedX is an equal opportunity employer.
