**Job Summary**
We're seeking a charismatic and experienced Virtual Livestream Event Moderator to join our team. As a key member of our event staff, you'll be responsible for engaging our virtual audience, facilitating meaningful discussions, and ensuring smooth communication during livestreamed sessions. **Key Responsibilities**
* **Audience Engagement**
+ Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions, setting the tone for a positive and engaging experience.
+ Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat.
+ Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment that fosters connection and community.
* **Live Session Moderation**
+ Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for our audience.
+ Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests, providing a safe and supportive space for meaningful dialogue.
+ Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule, working closely with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.
