The RoleSimplePractice is looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to lead our suite of mobile products. This product leader will manage a team that is responsible for driving a world-class mobile experience that supports clinicians and clients. An ideal candidate for this role is passionate about driving a holistic customer experience while building best-in-class solutions. ResponsibilitiesOwn the vision and roadmap for our clinician and client mobile apps. You'll drive the vision behind the product, defining the user experience, setting priorities, and charting the course to successLead with data and empathy. You'll gather user insights, analyze A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions that ensure our app resonates with its audienceManage, mentor and grow a team of product managersUse market, competitive, and operational data to identify opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and customer valueUnderstand customer needs and market trends, and use that knowledge to inform product development decisionsChampion collaboration. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to turn your vision into realityRoll up your sleeves and get things done. You're not afraid to dive into the details, experiment, and iterate quicklyContinue to scale a world-class product. You've already taken a mobile app from zero to one, and you know what it takes to scale it to millions of usersDesired Skills & Experience6+ years of experience leading the product development of a successful mobile app, ideally from concept to launch and growthKnowledge of healthcare (EHR systems) a plusA proven track record of scaling and iterating on features based on user data and market insightsStrong understanding of mobile development best practices and the ever-evolving mobile landscapeExperience leading and growing a team of product managersExceptional communication and collaboration skills. You can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisionsA passionate advocate for your product with an infectious enthusiasm for building something truly remarkable.Experience in the SaaS industry is a plusAre familiar with iOS (SwiftUI) and Android developmentBase Compensation Range$170,000 - $200,000 annuallyBase salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition.
