Experienced Full Stack Homesite Customer Service Representative – Remote

**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Homesite Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to Homesite-CONNECT customers, resolving conflicts, and driving results. You'll work closely with our customers, advisors, and relationship partners to ensure prompt resolution of service issues, requests, and account information.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure that all relevant information is gathered and entered to ensure prompt resolution of service issues, requests, and account information.
* Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, as they arise, to facilitate efficient self-service.
* Be an important resource for customers on company or product policies and systems, and troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers.
* Refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners.
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolve conflicts, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
**Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements**
* Demonstrate experience providing customer-focused solutions or support.
* Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
**Internet Connection Requirement**
For optimal performance and reliability, this position requires that you have a hardwired (Ethernet) connection to your internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Wi-Fi connections are not acceptable for this role. Please ensure that you have the necessary setup to meet this requirement.
**Travel Requirements**
Up to 10% travel may be required for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
**Physical Requirements**
Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting pay: $25.00/hour
* Position compensation range: Pay rate type: Hourly
* Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
