Graphic Designer for DTC Email and SMS
We're looking for a designer who gets that email isn't just about looking good — it's about getting people to click and convert. You'll be creating email blocks, templates, and SMS graphics for a fast-growing DTC beverage brand with 170+ retail locations and an actively scaling online store.
You'll be working within an established brand identity with copy and creative direction already provided — your job is to take that direction and execute designs that are clean, on-brand, and built to perform.
What you'll be working on:
- Email graphics and modular blocks built for Klaviyo (flows + campaigns)
- SMS graphics optimized for mobile
- Promotional, seasonal, and product-launch creative
- Designs that balance on-brand aesthetics with a clear visual hierarchy that drives action
You're a fit if you:
- Have designed emails for DTC or e-commerce brands in any category
- Understand that layout, hierarchy, and CTA placement matter as much as aesthetics
- Can design for mobile rendering and dark mode
- Have a portfolio with email work you can share
- Are comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow — but know when not to lean on them, and can ensure anything AI-assisted stays tightly within brand guidelines
Bonus points for: Klaviyo experience, beverage or CPG background, or familiarity with designing for conversion metrics.
