You’ll play a key role in developing seasonal and capsule collections including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, sweat sets, joggers, and more. This role blends graphic design and garment storytelling—helping bring fun, bold, high-impact collections to life that resonate with a young, digitally native audience. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and annual performance bonus. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and licensing teams to deliver graphic excellence across multiple youth-targeted apparel lines.What You'll Be DoingDesign Execution: Create original graphics, illustrations, logos, and typography for apparel across categories such as tees, fleece, outerwear, and performance wear.Trend Integration: Translate trend insights, cultural references, and youth-driven aesthetics into elevated, commercially viable designs.Concept to Completion: Support the full design lifecycle from moodboarding and concept sketching to tech pack handoff and production-ready files.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product developers, brand managers, and licensing teams to ensure alignment on seasonal design strategies and timelines.Product Mockups: Develop clear mockups and CADs for design presentations and approvals.Brand Voice: Ensure all graphic outputs align with brand identity and tone, with special attention to the youth market (ages 6–18).Innovation: Contribute ideas to improve print techniques, material pairings, and embellishments that elevate the overall product experience.What We're Looking For5–7 years of experience designing graphics for apparel brands, ideally with a focus on youth, streetwear, or entertainment/creator-driven merchandise.Strong understanding of fabric treatments, print applications, and garment construction.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator a must); experience with Procreate, CLO 3D or other sketch/modeling tools a plus.Demonstrated ability to forecast and respond to fashion, pop culture, and content trends relevant to Gen Z and Gen Alpha.Proven portfolio showcasing innovative, fun, and relevant graphic work on physical garments.Detail-oriented, able to work autonomously, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience collaborating in distributed teams and across time zones.BenefitsThe Perks, Why Work On the MrBeast TeamCompetitive SalaryGenerous Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Dental, Vision and company-paid Life Insurance Company contributions to employee Health Savings Accounts (HSA) 401k Plan with Safe Harbor company-matchingFlexible vacation policy and paid company holidaysCompany-provided technology package Relocation when applicable for those coming in from outside the Greenville, NC area including travel and company-provided housing for the first 90 daysOriginally posted on Himalayas
