Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus on career services, human resources, or related fields. Demonstrated experience in customer service, career placement, or a related domain. Established network of industry contacts and employer relationships. Proficiency in utilizing job placement databases and career management tools. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful connections with students and employers. Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
