PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. Duties
ā¢ Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
ā¢ Utilize accounting software to manage financial data and streamline processes.
ā¢ Assist in budgeting activities, providing insights for financial planning.
ā¢ Conduct account reconciliation to verify the integrity of financial statements.
ā¢ Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records, ensuring timely processing of employee payments.
ā¢ Generate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, for management review.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with GAAP standards in all accounting practices.
ā¢ Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
ā¢ Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
ā¢ Proficiency in accounting software and financial software applications.
ā¢ Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and payroll processes.
ā¢ Familiarity with budgeting techniques and financial report writing.
ā¢ Knowledge of GAAP principles is essential.
ā¢ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
ā¢ Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
