️ Government Contracting & Bidding Consultant for Moving Company (SAM, Bids, Certifications) Description: We’re a new, fast-growing Florida-based moving company looking to expand into the government contracting space including local, state, and federal contracts. We're seeking a Government Contracting & Procurement Specialist who can guide and assist us through the registration, certification, and bidding process to win contracts and build lasting government partnerships. If you're familiar with SAM.gov, DUNS, CAGE codes, MBE/DBE certification, and RFP responses, this role is for you. Responsibilities Register our business with SAM.gov, obtain DUNS and CAGE codes Identify relevant local/state/federal contract opportunities Help prepare bids, proposals, and capability statements Research and apply for certifications (MBE, DBE, SBE, etc.) Ensure proper compliance documentation is submitted Build and manage a pipeline of active opportunities Help establish connections with government buyers, procurement officers, and contracting officers Guide us through GSA schedule or cooperative purchasing paths, if applicable ✅ Ideal Candidate Proven experience with government procurement or contracting Familiar with SAM.gov, SBA, state-level procurement systems, and small business certifications Able to produce and polish RFPs, proposals, and capability statements Strong project management and communication skills Able to clearly explain timelines, next steps, and compliance expectations Experience in moving, logistics, or service industries is a huge plus Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
