Google Ads Specialist Needed for Apartment Leasing Campaigns | $250 per Campaign

I run a company called Property Pro Connect, and we help apartment complexes and multi-unit communities attract renters through targeted online advertising. I am looking for a Google Ads specialist who can create high-converting Search campaigns for apartment complexes in various U.S. cities. What You Will Do: • Build a Google Search campaign based on our existing apartment marketing template • Research and refine keywords (mostly long-tail, location-based) • Set up geo-targeting around the apartment location • Write compelling ad copy that attracts renters • Add extensions (callouts, structured snippets, sitelinks) • Implement our negative keyword list • Connect conversion tracking (already set up via Tag Manager) • Launch the campaign • Make 1–2 adjustments in the first 48 hours if needed Compensation: $250 total per campaign (one-time payment for each new client campaign) We add new clients regularly, so this can become ongoing work. Requirements: • Experience creating Google Search Ads for local businesses • Strong understanding of CPC optimization • Ability to work from a template and clone/adjust campaigns quickly • Fluent with Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking • Excellent communication and fast delivery Nice to Have: • Experience with multi-family or real estate ads • Knowledge of renter-intent keyword structures • Understanding of how to reduce CPC through structure and match types How to Apply: Please send: 1.
