Global Story & Startup Fellowship
This is a 4-week experience for creative professionals who want to live big, travel the world, and prove there is still buried treasure where others wouldn’t dare to look.
Most people think it’s not possible to build a recycling and sustainable art studio in the Caribbean—one that puts the local community at the center of it.
We’re proving that it is.
We’re a startup hiring our first members.
This is your opportunity to be part of a team that breaks history.
What We’re Doing
We have 4 weeks.
Our goal: raise $49,000–$100,000 to build the first recycling and sustainable art studio in the Caribbean.
We’re launching a Kickstarter that proves there is real value—and real money—in places the world overlooks.
Not by extracting from them.
By recognizing it. Building it. Showing it.

What You’ll Do
You’ll step into a live build.
• Capture and tell stories (video, photo, writing—your medium)
• Shape the campaign—messaging, visuals, and direction
• Help launch and push a global Kickstarter
• Think in terms of attention, momentum, and results
• Work as a small team building something in real time
• Bring ideas—and actually see them move
Some of you will lean creative.
Some of you will lean strategic.
Some of you will do both.
Who You’ll Be Around A small, high-energy team of:
• Videographers
• Storytellers
• Marketers
• People with Kickstarter / campaign experience
• Sales-minded operators
• People who think big and move fast
Why This Is Different
You’re not stepping into a fixed role.
You’re stepping into something early.
What gets funded gets built.
What gets built needs people to run it.

What’s Included
– Flights reimbursed (you arrange travel)
– Airport pickup
– Private room in shared housing
– On-site kitchen, yoga space, and pool
– Food stipend

Storytelling stipend — so you can go out, experience the place, and tell the story properly
– Storytelling workshop led by Nikki Andrade
– Guest sessions on Kickstarter, partnerships, and outreach
– Opportunity to earn beyond your stipend based on team performance
