Global Marketing Enablement PMO

This role is categorized as HYBRID . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.

The Global Marketing PMO Lead plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and supporting the acceleration and scaling of our global marketing capabilities to support our global regions. This individual will act as the central hub supporting the global capability hubs and the regions ensuring seamless execution across workstreams, and enabling cross-functional alignment to drive excellence at scale. As a strategic partner, this role requires a deep and broad breadth of marketing knowledge, a strong ability to hit the ground running, and an instinct for navigating complex global environments. The ideal candidate brings technical program management expertise, experience in implementation at scale, and a data-driven approach to optimizing marketing operations, resourcing, and execution. This role requires a dynamic problem solver with the ability to anticipate challenges, integrate best practices, and continuously enhance executional efficiency while ensuring all initiatives align with GM's global marketing framework.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership & Cross Functional Alignment
? Provide strategic oversight supporting capability adoption globally, ensuring all workstreams are aligned with GM's marketing priorities and business objectives.
? Drive collaboration and integration across global capability teams to accelerate initiatives, drive holistic integrated tools, insights that enable the brands growth initiative.
? Proactively identify interdependencies, risks, and roadblocks across marketing workstreams and lead solutions to remove barriers to execution.
? Develop insights-driven approaches to optimize marketing workflows, improving efficiency and impact.

t echnical Program & Project Management
? Support local teams ensuring on-time delivery, quality execution, and measurable outcomes and reporting.
? Implement rigorous tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure progress, identify gaps, and drive accountability across global marketing workstreams.
? Develop and refine operational frameworks to improve marketing execution, optimizing workstream coordination, prioritization, and resource allocation.
? Utilize program management best practices to streamline project execution and enhance cross-functional efficiency.
? Ensure seamless implementation of new marketing processes, platforms, and technologies, supporting the transition from strategy to execution.

Executional Operations & Excellence
? Support the global marketing capability hub teams as the operational partner leading the development of timelines, tracking and reporting progress updates and impact.
? Assist in the development and execution of the Global Operating Model, ensuring key initiatives are structured for success, resourced appropriately, and measured effectively.
? Aid with the creation and delivery of presentations, crafting compelling narratives and data-driven insights to inform decision-making at the highest levels.
? Support development and ongoing refinement of processes in place to optimize decision-making, collaboration, and resource allocation.
? Support global capability hubs across time zones, ensuring capabilities are scaled to support the regions.
